RETURNS & REFUND
IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DEAD/FAULTY
If your item is damaged or not functioning due to a product flaw or not working as intended, you can return it. We will then hand over the product to the vendor for inspection and resolution.
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM(S)
If you want to return the item after receiving it, you have up to seven (7) days to do so, provided the product is in the exact same condition as received and the original packaging is intact.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you cancel before receiving the item, you may still terminate your order.
AFTER 7 DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE ITEM(S)
If there is nothing wrong with the item and you simply want to return it, note that individual sellers may not accept returns after 7 days.
We can contact the seller on your behalf, but this depends on their respective policies.
REFUND
If a shipment is attempted, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, but you will receive a refund for the balance.
This charge is waived if the item was defective, not as described, or not functioning as advertised.
If the return is due to a change of mind, DEALZ ARABIA will retain shipping costs and refund only the product amount.
Shipping fees are refunded only for faulty or defective items.
GUARANTEE AND/OR WARRANTY
Items sold by third-party sellers on DEALZ ARABIA may have varying warranties (none, limited, or 1-year).
DEALZ ARABIA is not liable for these items, but customers may pursue recourse directly with the sellers.
I SUSPECT THE ITEM I BOUGHT IS FAKE. WHAT CAN I DO?
DEALZ ARABIA strictly prohibits the sale of counterfeit or fake items.
Report suspicious listings to our Customer Service Team. We will investigate thoroughly, and sellers found violating this policy will face strict penalties, including store suspension or permanent closure.
CAN I RETURN IT AND GET A REFUND?
If reported within 7 days (“No Questions Asked” period) and the item is in original condition with intact packaging — yes.
Returns can be processed via the DEALZ ARABIA Client Service Desk.
After 7 days, returns depend on the seller’s approval.
DISCLAIMER
DEALZ ARABIA reserves the right to terminate orders in cases such as:
Fraudulent transactions (e.g., fake emails, payment methods, bulk orders)
Incorrect product images or pricing
Regional functionality differences
A full refund will be issued.
If the product has been opened, a 25% resale fee may apply.
DEALZ ARABIA HELP REPAIRS & RECOVERY
All devices are repaired with the owner’s consent.
Warranty covers manufacturer defects only (not abuse, liquid damage, tampering, etc.).
Quotation denial fees apply. Out-of-warranty repairs require payment.
Unclaimed units after 60 days may be discarded.
Service, delivery, and installation fees are non-refundable.
Software sales are final.

By authorizing repairs, you acknowledge DEALZ ARABIA is not liable for data loss during repairs.
You agree to release DEALZ ARABIA from all claims arising from repair work or abandoned items.
