CANCELLATION POLICY
DEALZ ARABIA allows the cancellation of any product purchased under the following circumstances:
In addition to our returns policy, you have the legal right to cancel your order if your order has not yet been processed. You may cancel by logging into your account. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch, it falls under the returns policy stated above. Refer to the “Cancellation Rights” section in our Terms and Conditions for details.
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Allow up to 45 days for the refund to reflect.
DEALZ ARABIA reserves the right to terminate orders in the following cases:
Multiple orders for the same product at the same address (depending on the product category)
Bulk purchases of the same product
Invalid delivery address provided
Fraudulent or abusive order placement
Orders exploiting technological glitches or loopholes
CAN I RETURN IT AND GET A REFUND?
If reported within 7 days (“No Questions Asked” period) and the item is in original condition with intact packaging, yes — returns can be processed via the DEALZ ARABIA Client Service Desk. After 7 days, returns depend on the seller’s approval.

DEALZ ARABIA reserves the right to terminate orders in cases such as:
Fraudulent transactions (e.g., fake emails, payment methods, bulk orders)
Incorrect product images or pricing
Regional functionality differences
A full refund will be issued. If the product is opened, a 25% resale fee may apply.
DEALZ ARABIA HELP REPAIRS & RECOVERY
All devices are repaired with the owner’s consent. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only (not abuse, liquid damage, tampering, etc.). Quotation denial fees apply. Out-of-warranty repairs require payment. Unclaimed units after 60 days may be discarded. Service, delivery, and installation fees are non-refundable. Software sales are final.

By authorizing repairs, you acknowledge DEALZ ARABIA is not liable for data loss during repairs. You agree to release DEALZ ARABIA from any claims arising from repair work or abandoned items.
